Slide your tongue between your lips, gently tighten it. Then press your lips (curled on your teeth to the inside of your mouth) on your tongue 10 times. You need to feel the clear work of the mouth. After a moment of relaxation, repeat the exercise 2 times.
In the second version, put your palms to the sides of your cheeks and gently lift the skin toward your ears with them. Then do the exercises as above. This variant gives an additional lifting effect to the lower face.
