– Reducing tension at the back of the neck, nape and occiput
Intertwine your hands into a basket, place them on the back of your head on your occiput, and then lean your head forward while pushing against it with your palms. Stay in position counting to 10. Now move your hands to the right side of your head (closer to your ear, but still at the back of your head), tilt your head slightly to the left and forward, count to 10. Perform the exercise symmetrically on the other side. Remember to breathe calmly and deeply during this exercise.
