• apply to the skin while bathing and take a deep breath to feel its soothing aroma, enjoying the cleansing of the skin
• as a supplement to tea
• combine with doTERRA fractionated Coconut oil to massage, soothe or rejuvenate the skin, especially for the feet before going to bed

How to use it:

• diffuser: 3-4 drops
• for the skin: apply 1-2 drops to the desired area, dilute with fractionated doTERRA coconut oil to minimize skin sensitivity
• internal use: dilute one drop in 120 ml of liquid
