doTERRA * Copaiba * Soothing Essential Oil * 15 ml

doTERRA Copaiba oil is a blend of oils from four different tree species, which significantly increases its therapeutic potential. It has a warm woody aroma and contains naturally occurring beta-caryophilene, making it a popular addition to many spa treatments. Its leading trait is the ability to reduce feelings of tension and reveal calm emotions. This oil can be used all day. When combined with citrus oils, it has mood-enhancing properties, while when we add Siberian fir or flower oil, we get a deeply soothing and relaxing blend.

Use the oils carefully in the immediate eye area. Oils do not dissolve in water, so they should be dissolved in a carrier oil (such as coconut or other vegetable oil) to help them absorb better. If oil gets into your eyes, wash them with carrier oil, milk, but not water.

How to use it:

• ultrasonic diffuser: 5-6 drops of essential oil into the water in the diffuser
• add a few drops of oil to your favorite after-bath cream and lotion
• add a few drops to your shampoo or hair conditioner
• 10-15 drops for a therapeutic bath: dissolve the oil in a small amount of carrier oil and only pour it into a bath with water with a temperature of no more than 40-42 C
• a foot or hand bath if your hands and feet are freezing. You will need about 10 drops of essential oil pre-mixed with the carrier oil.
