How to use kinesiotaping tape?

• Thoroughly clean the skin and disinfect the area to be tanned before applying the tape.
• Once the skin has been properly prepared, you can measure out the amount of tape needed and cut out the appropriate shape, such as a 'V'.
• It is important to use sharp and precise Tape scissors. This will avoid fraying of the tape.
• Then, apply the beginning of the tape to the skin without stretching it. This is known as the base. In the next step, stretch the tape to the right tension according to the application plan. Then stick the other end of the tape on.
• To fix the application on the skin, rub the taped-on tejp for a while.
