How to apply aesthetic kinesiotaping? A few rules.
Apply aesthetic kinesiotaping initially every 2 days. After about 2-3 weeks, use it every 3-4 days.
After the first desired effects appear, reduce the frequency and ultimately apply the tapes 1 or 2 times a week or ad hoc as needed. After a few months of using aesthetic kinesiotaping, take a break for 3-4 weeks.
Be sure to get regular facial massages and exercise. Do a longer Gua-sha plate massage (about 20-30 minutes) a maximum of 2 times a week. You can do a shorter massage (about 5-7 minutes) every day, but not too intensively.
Before applying the tapes, remember to clean and moisturize your skin. You can moisturize your skin with a gentle cream or serum, at least 20 minutes before applying the tapes.
Before making your first application, perform a sensitization test by applying the tape for several hours behind the ear or on the side of the cheek. See how your skin reacts.
You can leave the tape applications on the skin from 3 to 12 hours. Aesthetic kinesioptaping is best used at night, due to convenience as well as the greatest tissue regeneration processes at that time.
Remove the tapes after soaking them with water and by rolling, not tearing! If fragments of glue remain on the skin, remove them with a cotton swab soaked in micellar liquid.
The applications can be combined in such a way that the taped zones do not overlap, that is, for example, you can tape your forehead, cheeks, cleavage or neck at the same time. Do not apply aesthetic kinesiotaping to more than 3 zones at a time.
If you need to apply taping to zones that are mutually exclusive, such as cheek drainage and facial oval, then you can use the applications interchangeably, such as one day apply to the cheeks and the next to the facial oval.
For aesthetic kinesiotaping, I recommend the best quality tapes such as Kinesiotex Gold, which you can find among others. at www.jogapiekna.com
