TASK NO. 1
Straighten up and make sure to tilt your head as little as possible. When viewing your phone, hold it at face level!
TASK NO. 2
Drink hot (but not boiling) water throughout the day min. 1.5 – 2 liters per day.
TASK NO. 3
Don’t wrinkle your forehead or eyebrows! If you have a problem with this, put a patch on your forehead. When you wrinkle your forehead you will feel the patch wrinkle as well. This should help you by drawing attention to your habit.
