Put your index and middle finger between your eyebrows. Press your fingers against the skin hard enough to prevent the muscles from moving, and then try to wrinkle your eyebrows while keeping your fingers from doing so. Keep an eye on the wrinkles between the eyebrows during the exercise. Make about 10 such movements.
