Arrange your lips in the shape of a pout like a swan, but don’t tighten them excessively. Stretch your neck upward and tilt your head back at a 45-degree angle. Count to 10. Twist your head to the right side and tilt it to the side and slightly back at the same time. Again, count to 10.
Then perform the exercise the same way on the left side. Repeat the exercise 2 more times.
