Straighten up and make sure to tilt your head as little as possible. When viewing your phone, hold it at face level!

Drink hot (but not boiling) water throughout the day min. 1.5 – 2 liters per day.

Observe whether you have a habit of propping up your face during the day, e.g., when you sit at your desk and are thoughtful? Maybe ask someone close to you who can tell you how you most often act when it comes to these types of habits. Another good way is to place a mirror in front of you during daily activities such as working on the computer, and glance into it from time to time to observe what expression your face is wearing. Try to draw conclusions about how your habits can affect your facial appearance.
