TASK NO. 1
Straighten up and make sure to tilt your head as little as possible. When viewing your phone, hold it at face level!
TASK NO. 2
Drink hot (but not boiling) water throughout the day min. 1.5 – 2 liters per day.
TASK NO. 3
Don’t wrinkle your forehead or eyebrows. If you have a problem with this, put a patch on your forehead. If you wrinkle your forehead you will feel the patch wrinkle as well. This should help you by drawing attention to your habit.
TASK NO. 4
Open your eyes wider throughout the day.
TASK NO. 5
Try to smile gently for most of the day. This will strengthen your cheeks and send a pulse to the brain to secrete endorphins (happy hormones).
TASK NO. 6
Perform a short 3-minute facial massage during morning and evening skin care.
TASK NO. 7
Take the „selfie” again and compare it with the one from the first day of training.
