Place your fingers on the eyebrow line, then drag them upward toward the top of the head while gently pulling the skin upward. Then move your hands along the sides of your head, neck and torso. While doing the exercise, take a deep breath in and do a long, slow exhale. Repeat the exercise 2 more times.
