Drink hot (but not boiling) water throughout the day min. 1.5 – 2 liters per day.

Take a close look at your face in the morning. Observe if he has more strongly defined wrinkles in the morning – if so, where? Think about what position you sleep in most often and which side you place your face on while sleeping. In the evening, lie down on the opposite side than you are accustomed to, and while arranging the Face on the pillow pull your cheek up slightly toward your ear.
