Put the index fingers parallel to the forehead 1-1.5 cm above the eyebrows and press them firmly together. Then open your eyes as wide as possible and try to lift your eyebrows, while making it difficult for them with your pressed fingers. Stay in position counting to 5. Tap your forehead with your fingertips to reduce the resulting tension. Repeat the exercise 2 times.
