Take a closer look at all the little things you do and change your habits.

?The quantity and quality of sleep is an important factor in health and appearance. Above all, go to bed before midnight and preferably before 10 p.m. Every hour of sleep before 12 a.m. is like two after midnight. Don't sleep too short or too long! Optimum sleep is 6-8 hours. Get up preferably before 6 a.m... You then sleep according to nature's cycles. There is also a reason why it is said „he who rises in the morning the Lord God gives.”

?You are what you eat and how you digest it. You will neither feel nor look good if your diet is not healthy and mindful. Eat primarily green vegetables, cereals and fruit. Look for the energy of life in food, i.e. eat primarily plants that are rich in it. Meat (including fish and seafood) is dead and devoid of it.

?Remember that your body is made up largely of water, so keep your water levels high. But remember - drink only warm water. Never drink cold because it quenches the digestive fire, which becomes the cause of many diseases and obesity. Besides, by drinking a lot of water you contribute to the removal of toxins from the body, including the face, and this eliminates swelling, among other things.

??♀️Twoja fitness has a not inconsiderable impact on your facial appearance. It's not just a matter of keeping your weight and shape at the right level, but also the impact of endorphins that improve your mood. Every emotion is reflected on the face. If you laugh often, you are exercising your face.

?♀️ Just like you exercise your body - exercise your face! After all, you have muscles there too. Your body doesn't end at the height where your chest joins your neck. In fact, you should start exercising your face a few years earlier than your body, as I wrote about recently on my blog. Regular facial yoga will keep your face in good shape and slow down the signs of age, it will also take care of your efficient pronunciation and healthy eyesight.

?♀️ Massage your body and face regularly. When you are relaxed, you not only feel better, you look nicer too. Besides, massage oxygenates and nourishes the tissues from within, and there is no better cosmetic than blood supplying the tissues with nutrients and oxygen. Massage stimulates fibroblasts to produce collagen, so your skin is in great shape.

?Remember that your emotions and your actions will write themselves on your face whether you want them to or not, so treat everyone the way you want to be treated. It's a simple rule that determines all your behaviour and many other rules follow from it. Honesty above all else! This will give you peace of mind and a good night's sleep.
