How to massage your face with a Chinese bubble? After what time can you see the effect of Chinese massage? Is it possible to massage every complexion in this way? What are the contraindications to a massage with a Chinese bank? These are just a few questions I've received from you over the past few weeks. I'd love to deal with them. I've prepared it for you a solid guide to Chinese bubble facial massagethanks to which this extremely useful beauty ritual will have no secrets from you.

Chinese bubble massage-an effective way to rejuvenate the face

I'll start by telling you about some of the benefits of Chinese cupping massage. I believe that this is an extremely effective way to rejuvenate your face. Regular practice allows you to thicken and strengthen the skin, improving its condition and appearance.

It is important to note that the movement that we make with the Chinese bubble is impossible to reproduce with our hands. This is a unique feature of this massager. You will not be able to do such a massage without this accessory.

How does a Chinese massage bubble work?

A Chinese bubble is a traditional instrument used in Chinese medicine for vacuum therapy. When we apply it to our skin, we gently suck it in. Thus, the tissues begin to be "drawn into the bubble", which leads to intense stimulation.

What are the effects of Chinese massage?

Improves blood circulation

The negative pressure created inside the dome promotes the expansion of blood vessels, which, in turn, increases blood flow, thereby supporting the regenerative and nutritional processes of the skin and subcutaneous tissues.

Reduces muscle tone

In addition, the Chinese bubble can also help relax tense muscles, which helps relieve tension, reduce wrinkles, and even migraine pain.

Stimulates acupuncture points

The Chinese bubble can be used to stimulate acupuncture points on the skin, which, according to Chinese medicine, are responsible for the flow of energy in the body. Stimulation of these points is aimed at improving balance.

Allows lymphatic drainage

Is your problem puffiness on your face? The negative pressure action of the Chinese onion can also support lymphatic drainage, which helps flush toxins and excess fluid out of the tissue, thereby reducing puffiness and swelling.

Chinese cupping massage-contraindications that are better to know

Unfortunately, there are also some significant contraindications for performing a face (and body) massage by a Chinese bank. First of all, this type of massage should be abandoned by people with the skin is very sensitive, sensitive and very sensitive. sluggish, thin. In addition, we do not massage the face with a Chinese bubble if the skin has wounds, irritation, torn skin, but also an active viral or bacterial infection, such as purulent pimples.

Before moving on to a massage, rate your complexion individually. Perhaps all you need to do is bypass the area where there are individual vascular asterisks or breakouts, or reduce the intensity of the massage.

No matter what skin stimulation accessories you use, always take into account your individual predispositions and preferences. see how the skin reacts. This is the first step to increase the effectiveness and complete safety of natural manual massages.

Chinese rubber, glass or silicone bubble-what to choose?

Choosing the right type of Chinese bubble – rubber, glass, or silicone-depends on your personal preference. Each type of bubble has its own advantages and disadvantages, which are worth considering.

Personally, I most often use chinese silicone bubble. In addition, I sometimes use a glass bubble, but it is much more difficult when it comes to maneuvering and "sucking the skin". You definitely need to have more strength in your hand, but also more practice.

Chinese Rubber Bubble

Perfection
It is soft and stretchy, which can be more comfortable for your skin. This may be easier to use for people with sensitive skin and beginners. This is usually cheaper than glass bubbles.

Disadvantages
It may lose its elasticity after some time of use. Some people may feel that it doesn't provide the same massage intensity as a glass bubble.

Chinese Glass Bubble

Perfection
It is durable and easy to keep clean. It provides a more intense massage due to the rigidity of the material. It is also effective if you need to heat or cool down before use.

Disadvantages
It is much easier to destroy it, for example, by accidentally falling. It is more difficult to maneuver, as well as suck-after a while, it can tire your hands, which affects the comfort of the massage.

Chinese Silicone Bubble

Perfection
It is soft, flexible and durable. It provides comfortable use, similar to a rubber bubble, but definitely more skin-friendly. You can easily get a massage, even if you are a beginner.

Disadvantages
Some people may feel that it doesn't provide the same massage intensity as a glass bubble. It can be a little more expensive than a rubber bubble.

The Chinese silicone bubble will be perfect for beginners who appreciate the convenience of manual massage.

How to prepare your skin for a Chinese bank massage?

Of course, always before massaging the skin with a Chinese bubble-we make a cleanser and clean the complexion well. Then apply the appropriate oil.which will allow you to lubricate the skin liberally, which will facilitate the movement of the bubble.

One of my favorite oils for skin massage Ageless Anti-aging Oilwhich contains natural vitamin E, but you can also use other ingredients like jojoba oil, almond oil, neem oil for oily skin.

Oil should always be selected individually, as read more here: How to choose cosmetics for facial massage?

How to massage your face with a Chinese bubble?

The Chinese bubble is best captured about halfway through. This ensures optimal suction power, and in this way we apply it to the skin.

  • Before starting this type of massage is worth doing a short massage around the large lymph vessels, that is, just above the collarbone and under the ears. All you have to do is make a few circles with your fingertips.
  • Then place your index and middle fingers in the letter V and bring them up to your ear so that one is behind and the other in front of your ear. This area also contains important lymph points, which are good to move before the massage.
  • Then we proceed to massage with one Chinese bubble, or preferably two, do a massage in parallel. This will save you a lot of time.

In the yoga beauty shop you will order set of 4 chinese bubbles in two sizes that allow you to massage two parts of your face symmetrically at the same time.

  • We suck the bubble in the middle of the forehead and begin to slowly lower it down, Going along the sides of the face, up to the collarbone. We repeat these movements several times.
  • Then we can do a few lifting movements, starting from the center of the forehead, in the area of the lion's wrinkle, gently moving the bubbles up. These types of movements also end with a slow pull of the lymph down to the collarbone.
  • At the next stage, we perform similar movements along the brow line, pulling the lymph down. We make a similar movement in the lower part of the eye socket, trying to suck in the lower eyelid. The skin in this place is tender, so it can turn red.
  • Then we move on to the cheeks, making smooth lifting movements, gently lifting the skin up and ending with the movement, pulling the lymph down.
  • Next, go to the lower jaw. Chinese cupping massage is great for reducing sagging in this area and so-called hamsters on the cheeks.
  • On the chin, you should make alternating movements, from the center inwards, going along the sides of the neck.
  • We massage the neck to the sides. We bypass its center, that is, the area of the thyroid gland and larynx. Move the bubbles horizontally to the sides, gradually going down.
  • We end up lowering the lymph from the ear to the lymph vessels.

Or you can change the order for large lymphatic congestion.

Bubble massage of the Chinese eye area

A facial massage is one thing. However, the Chinese bubble can also be used to massage the eye area. To do this, you should purchase small diameter chinese bubbles (they are part of our sets.)

  • At the first stage smear the upper eyelidsby smoothly moving the bubble from the inside of the eyelid outwards. We repeat several calm movements along the arc. We finish on the temple.
  • Then we go down – directing the bubble directly above the eye socket line, up to the outer corners of the eyes.

How else can you use a small diameter Chinese bubble?

for smearing lion wrinkles
for massage along the line of marionettes
for massaging other, fine wrinkles
for massaging the mouth area and wrinkles of a smoker
to massage the lips and improve their blood supply
