Many people would like to start practising, but are held back by a misconception - facial yoga is very time-consuming. Fortunately, natural rejuvenation doesn't require big sacrifices;) The whole workout takes 10-15 minutes a day, but I know that may be too much at first.

This exercise affects almost the entire face and even the chin. When performed, it also improves blood circulation, which oxygenates and nourishes the skin. The big „O” strengthens the muscles in the cheek area, the circular muscle of the mouth and the muscles of the chin.
