My secret to a good morning

We often forget that natural rejuvenation isn't just about facial exercises. Maintaining good skin condition and appearance requires a comprehensive approach, including proper skincare. Today, I'd like to talk about my favourite morning ritual – for beauty and waking up the body.

When we hear the alarm clock, our eyelids stubbornly refuse to open, and our body tries to convince us to have a brief nap, one of the elements will come to our aid.

Water – a natural cosmetic

My bathroom contains only natural cosmetics, many of which I made myself. However, during my morning ritual to aid natural rejuvenation, I don't need any of them. The secret, invigorating ingredient is... water.

After morning skin cleansing with honey, which I've already mentioned my Facebook profile, I thoroughly splash my face with cold water. It’s best to pour it into a small bowl or turn on a thin trickle from the tap and liberally splash your face a dozen or even twenty times. No mercy for the morning longing for warmth! 

 

Such a procedure offers a range of benefits:
skin firming – a type of natural face lift,
Improved blood circulation, which supplies nutrients to every corner of the body,
Improving lymph circulation – protection against toxins and removal of harmful substances from the body,
Reduce swelling – unsightly swelling is a problem for many women,
vasoconstriction – prevents capillaries from breaking and the formation of so-called „spider veins”,
Pore constriction – if you are struggling with enlarged pores, cold water will help to tighten them and restore the skin's aesthetic appearance.

Good time for a change? Here and now

The natural rejuvenation process can begin immediately and at any age. The vast majority of the advice I share with you requires no financial investment, special equipment, or effort. Facial exercises and simple treatments that improve the condition of your skin are something every woman can incorporate into her daily routine. Start with a few habits – they are enough for you to notice the first changes in your facial appearance. So? How about splashing your face with cold water first thing in the morning?
