I have specialised in natural rejuvenation techniques for years. I am a certified Face Yoga teacher according to the Face Yoga Method, a yoga therapist, a level III Ayurveda consultant and a biologist. As the author of the bestselling book “Yoga Beauty”, I believe that a beautiful woman is not only about healthy skin and hair, but above all about strength, awareness and inner harmony.
