We only share your Data with third parties who provide us with assistance or support as processors or separate controllers, i.e. an accountancy firm, a hosting company or a courier service.

PRIVACY POLICY (extended version)
The following document sets out the main principles of data processing, data protection and the use of cookies and other tracking technologies in connection with the use of the JOGA BEAUTY online shop.
Use of the Shop implies acceptance of all rules applied by the BEAUTIFUL YOGA Marta Kucińska Familiarise yourself with their contents before using our services.
I. Definitions
- Administrator - means the processor of personal data, which is BEAUTIFUL YOGA Marta Kucińska based in Łódź at 119 Legionów Street, NIP: 7271470454, REGON: 473239810.
- Cookies - means computer data, in particular small text files, recorded and stored on the devices through which the User accesses the Shop.
- Administrator cookies - means Cookies placed by the Administrator, related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator through the Shop.
- External cookies - means Cookies placed by the Administrator's partners, via the Shop.
- Buyer - The person making a purchase from the Shop regardless of the legal form of such activity.
- Policy - this Privacy Policy.
- Product - goods offered in the webshop.

- User - the person using the website.
II. Scope of processing of personal data
The controller processes personal data:
- For analytical purposes. To keep statistics on the use of the Shop, to improve and facilitate the use and to ensure IT security.
- For the purpose of performing the contract. For the purpose of accepting the order, preparing the product for dispatch, delivering it to the Buyer and, if necessary, for the purpose of establishing, investigating and enforcing claims and defending against claims in proceedings before the courts and other state authorities.
- For the purposes of responding. For the handling of enquiries, requests and possible complaints.
- For the purpose of sending the newsletter. For the purpose of sending commercial offers with the User's express consent to receive such information.
- For the maintenance of the Account. For the purpose of enabling you to set up your Account and to authenticate it.
III. Data processing
- The controller shall ensure control over the type and extent of the processing of personal data, the period and manner of processing, and the persons authorised to process them.
- The Administrator shall store personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which the personal data was collected, unless otherwise provided by applicable law. If the basis for data processing is the User's consent, the Administrator processes until the User withdraws the consent. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of data prior to the withdrawal of consent or the legal basis for such processing.
- The user has the right to:
- request access to your data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing,
- to object to the processing,
- data portability, to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing if the processing is based on consent,
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in relation to the processing of personal data by the Controller.
- The administrator declares that:
- processes personal data in accordance with the law,
- collects personal data for specified, legitimate purposes and does not subject it to further processing incompatible with those purposes,
- shall keep personal data in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing.
- Access to personal data is granted to the Administrator, written authorised employees, associates and those providing services to the Administrator. Access to personal data by the aforementioned persons shall only take place for the purpose and to the extent specified by the Administrator.
- The controller shall keep a register of persons authorised to process the data. Persons who have been authorised to process the data are obliged to keep the personal data and the ways of securing them strictly confidential.
- The controller and persons authorised to process personal data shall apply technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of the data they process.
IV. Sharing and delegation of the processing of personal data
- The Administrator shall not share, sell or otherwise disclose the personal data collected about the Users, except as described in the Policy or when this is required by generally applicable law.
- The Controller may entrust the processing of personal data to service providers acting on its behalf. Pursuant to the personal data processing entrustment agreements entered into with them, the Controller requires these service providers to comply with the legal level of privacy and security of personal data
- The controller has entrusted the processing of personal data to service providers, i.e. a hosting company to store personal data on a server, an accounting office to keep accounting records and a courier company to provide a logistics service.
- Personal data are made available to external entities, i.e. ING Bank Śląski S.A. and Twisto Polska sp. z o.o., for the purpose of payment in the online shop.
- If the User provides personal data in order to conclude a contract with the Online Shop, providing personal data is a condition for concluding this Contract. Providing personal data in this situation is voluntary, however, the consequence of failing to provide such data will be the impossibility of concluding a contract with the Online Shop.
- In the event that the provision of personal data by the User takes place in order to provide personal data to Twisto Polska sp. z o.o. prior to the conclusion of a contract of sale of goods (or services) purchased in the Internet Shop, the provision of such data is a condition for the conclusion of a contract of sale in connection with the business model of operations adopted by the Internet Shop.
- In the event that the User's personal data is provided to the Bank in connection with the processing and settlement of payments made to the Online Shop via the Internet using payment instruments, the provision of data is required in order to process the payment and to provide the Bank with confirmation of the payment to the Online Shop.
- If the User's personal data is provided to the Bank in order for the Bank to verify the proper performance of the agreements concluded with the online shop, in particular to ensure the protection of the interests of the payers in connection with their complaints, the provision of such data is required in order to enable the performance of the agreement concluded between the online shop and the Bank.
- In the case of transferring User's personal data to Twisto Polska Sp. z o.o. in connection with the possibility of offering to pay the price for a purchase or service by Twisto Polska Sp. z o.o. under an order agreement including the „Buy with Twisto” purchase formula and making that formula available by the Internet Shop, providing those data and processing them for that purpose is required in connection with the business model adopted by the Internet Shop and for the implementation of the agreement concluded between the Internet Shop and Twisto Polska Sp. z o.o.
V. Cookies
- The Administrator uses cookies, i.e. small text information stored on the User's terminal equipment (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone). Cookies can be read by the Administrator's ICT system.
- The Administrator stores cookies on the User's terminal equipment and then accesses the information contained in them for purposes:
- to compile statistics which help us to understand how visitors use the websites so that we can improve their structure and content;
- marketing (remarketing)
- to define a profile of the user in order to display tailored material to the user on advertising networks, in particular the Google network,
- to ensure the proper functioning of the Shop.
- It is possible for the User to configure his/her web browser in such a way as to prevent cookies from being stored on the terminal device. However, in such a situation, the User's use of the website may be impaired.
- Cookies may be deleted by the User once they have been stored by means of the appropriate functions of the Internet browser, programs designed for this purpose or by using the appropriate tools available within the operating system used by the User.

VI. Other technologies
The Administrator uses the following technologies to track the actions taken by the User on the Website, i.e.
- Google Analytics tracking code - for the analysis of Shop statistics
- Facebook conversion pixel - to manage Facebook ads and conduct remarketing activities.
VII. Server logs
- The use of the Shop involves sending requests to the server on which the Shop is stored.
- Every request made to the server is recorded in the server logs. The logs include, among other things, the User's IP address, the date and time of the server, information about the Internet browser and the operating system the User is using.
- Logs are saved and stored on the server.
- The data recorded in the server logs are not associated with specific persons using the Shop and are not used by the Administrator to identify the User.
- The server logs are solely an administrative support material and their contents are not disclosed to anyone other than those authorised to administer the server.
