Clary Sage essential oil is known for its soothing and skin-friendly properties. The main chemical ingredient of Clary Sage is linalyl acetate, which belongs to the group of esters, which makes it one of the most relaxing, soothing and balancing essential oils. In the Middle Ages, clary sage was often used to soothe the skin. Inhaling Clary sage essential oil creates a relaxing environment, while indoor use promotes restful dreams.

Application:

• hormonal disorders
• antispasmodic, astringent, antispasmodic

• toning nerves, soothing

How to use:

• Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
• Internal use: Dilute one drop in 4 fl. an ounce of liquid.
• Local application:  Apply one or two drops to the selected area. Dilute with carrier oil to minimize skin sensitivity.
