Press the bubbles against the skin covered with natural oil (press the squeezed bubble against the skin and let go - at this point the bubble sucks against the body). Move the bubbles over the skin. Use a small bubble to massage the eye area and a larger bubble for the rest of the face, neck and décolleté. The massage is performed with a fairly quick movement; the contact of the bubble with the skin in one place must not last longer than 2 seconds. The massage must be performed on skin covered with oil! Otherwise there is a risk of damaging the skin! Slight reddening of the skin is a natural occurrence during a bubble massage.
The massage starts from the upper parts of the face each time and gradually descends according to the direction of the arrows. A very important element of the massage is the sequential drainage of excess lymph into the main lymphatic vessels located in the clavicular area.
