• Spray to create a friendly atmosphere.
• Dilute in carrier oil as part of a relaxing massage.
• Add two drops to a soothing Epsom salt bath.

How to use it:

• Massage: Mix 5 drops with 10 ml of carrier oil.
• Bath: Mix 5 drops with 5 ml of carrier oil.
• Aromatization: Mix 1 drop with 10 drops of carrier oil.
• Diffuser: 1-2 drops
