What is Ayurveda?

Ayurvedic medicine is a treatment system that involves changing your lifestyle, diet, and physical activity. It is based on herbal medicine, body treatments, breathing exercises, and meditation practices.

How does Ayurveda understand beauty?

A beautiful woman is not only a well-groomed woman with healthy skin and strong hair, but also strong, wise and conscious. True beauty is a balance between body, mind, and soul. It is this aspect of beauty that Ayurveda speaks about. External beauty cannot exist without internal beauty. A person's physical appearance is a component of many factors, such as diet, the art of mindful breathing, exercise, meditation, massage, and beauty treatments. There is another very important ingredient that perfectly describes a Hindu saying: "if there is no beauty in the heart, there will be no beauty on the face."
